Storyboard: The CHESS anchor enables a systematic, unassisted approach to small surgical procedures. Fixation CHESS anchors hold firmly and can be positioned or released without the complexities of a mechanical latch. This is made possible by shielded rare earth magnets contained within the base of the anchors. Retraction CHESS is the first integrated surgical system to combine static retraction for tissue approximation with dynamic retraction for easy incision management. Base Plates CHESS baseplates serve as a ferromagnetic table to which CHESS anchors are attached and repositioned as required by the surgeon. The baseplates can be used alone, or with a protective cover. Storage Trays CHESS storage trays are multi-functional, providing protection for CHESS components during transportation, washing and sterilization.
